Terms and Conditions

  • A $50 deposit is required at the time of booking for all Australian Aesthetics Co treatments.
  • Deposits are redeemable for treatments on the day of your scheduled appointment.
  • If you do not have treatment on the day of your consultation your $50 deposit will be redeemable if treatment is booked and provided within 2 weeks of your consultation appointment. After this time period the deposit will be forfeited.
  • Deposits are strictly non-refundable under any circumstances. Deposits will be forfeited and NOT be redeemed on treatments at a later date if you cancel and/or miss your scheduled appointment.
  • There is a mandatory $25 annual scripting fee for all clients. The script will be valid for 12 months. An additional script is required for all new treatments provided.
  • Procedures provided at Australian Aesthetics Co are deemed medical procedures and do have contraindications.

Treatment may be denied if you are:
- Pregnant or Breastfeeding
- Allergic to bees/wasps (This only relates to dermal filler treatments)
- Sick or had a recent infection, Have an active cold sore
- Under the age of 18
- If the registered nurse deems it un-safe or un-ethical to conduct the procedureThe service prices listed for anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments are based on standard dosing.

  • Prices may vary depending on the amount of units/ml’s/threads required for optimal treatment. Dose requirements will be at the discretion of the medical practitioner providing the treatment. If additional anti-wrinkle units are required for optimal treatment individual anti-wrinkle unit prices will be charged. If addition dermal filler syringes are required for optimal treatment individual 1ml syringe prices will be charged.
  • For legal purposes the product brand/name can not be used for marketing. Please ask your injector if you would like to know what product we are using for your treatment.
  • Products purchased in a package can not be used over multiple appointments and must be used in one appointment.
  • No refund or reduction in price will be given if the client does not use or can not safely be injected with all the product allocation in the package purchased.
  • No refund’s are provided on any treatment’s at Australian Aesthetics Co
  • If the client requires Hyalase for a medical emergency (Vascular Occlusion) the treatment fee will not be charged.
  • Cosmetic treatments performed at Australian Aesthetics Co are elective and are done at your own request.
  • Medical practitioners at Australian Aesthetics Co reserve the right to deny treatment on any individual
  • Financial and medical consent is gained prior to all treatments provided at Australian Aesthetics Co.
  • All cosmetic service fees (i.e. Injectables, skincare retail products, and skin services) are due upon the time of treatment. In some cases, a deposit may be requested prior to scheduling specific treatments, and in those cases the remaining balance of that treatment is due prior to services being rendered.
  • Australian Aesthetics Co has a strict no refund policy. All treatments are required to be paid on the day of service, any packages purchased must be paid in full prior to commencing treatment cycles.
  • All cosmetic self-pay patients will receive a cosmetic consultation prior to their cosmetic services being provided. At that time fees, contraindications, pre and post care, side effects, and desired results will be discussed.
